ECA Maps Project 2019

The Red Door Gallery has collaborated with and supported The Edinburgh College of Art Illustration students and graduates for many years and it’s always been an exciting and fruitful relationship.

So this year we are proud to present our ‘Maps’ Project. The final year Illustration students were given free reign and encouraged to use there imagination and interpret the title ‘Maps’ in any way they liked! And the results are wonderful! The selection of designs are beautifully varied and inspired. Ranging from literary, informative, fantastical, scenic to humorous.

We hope you enjoy the selection! We can’t wait to see what they do next!
