This piece is a celebration of reading- peering through a window from outside, inside is a world of it’s own with a cosy personal library, floor to ceiling books, and a glowing wood burning stove.

For many of us, large parts of lockdown have been about spending a lot more time inside- and once the films and tv had been binged, the games had been completed, and the sourdough had defeated him, he finally picked up a book again. One of the (few) wins of lockdown for him was that he got back into reading more.
