This is a hand-pulled screen-print entitled ‘Donkey Puzzle No.2’ printed in black and orange.
In this “Puzzle” print the donkey is trying to work out a rather peculiar, geometric environment!
James started making donkey prints years ago, to champion them, as he thought they never really get the appreciation they deserve, in the art-world or the real world.
Printed using black and orange System 3 inks on Antique White Seawhite 280gsm acid-free paper. From an edition of only 32, signed, stamped, titled and numbered.
The print image measures H47.5xW32cm.
The paper measures H59.4xW42cm.
hand printed in Sheffield, UK. Each one is slightly different, as is the nature with screen-prints.
