The Feminist Reading List by And Smile – a beautifully illustrated print which is available in A3 and A4 paper size. It is accompanied with an actual ‘reading list’ which tells you the key details about every book featured so you can discover each book personally. And Smile is a wonderful illustrator who gains much inspiration from women she admires including Frida Kahlo, Rosa Parks, Amelia Earhart and Beyonce to name just a few. Why not check out And Smile’s other print that pays tribute to these ladies and more – Girl Power.
Take on the day and start it with a Yoga Challenge by DOIY. Yoga has become the favourite form of exercise for many because it involves developing awareness between mind and body. You become physically stronger and develop a greater ability to focus and feel still. All great ways to look after yourself if you’re a busy campaigner and paving the way for greater equality. #BalanceforBetter
The Yoga Challenge is a nifty tool from which you pull a ticket each day and complete the Yoga task illustrated. You’ll see a vast improvement once the 30 days are up, and you’ll be inspired to continue your Yoga journey for many more days to come!
And if you do – Look at what the future holds! These free spirited ladies are the fun illustration Ladies We Got This print by Heather More. A body confident and super supportive team, these girls are a force to be reckoned with and they are not going to let anything hold them down. Heather More is a passionate illustrator who loves to make people smile through her work. She may be cheeky but always positive and kind and this is a very positive and beautiful A4 print.
This Mermaid by Alexandra Snowdon is ready to have her voice heard at the upcoming march (or swimming equivalent). This is a woman who knows her own mind and will tackle whatever obstacles the seven seas have to throw at her – she will reach her goal. A digital print based off Lino Cut illustrations by Snowdon, it is available in two sizes and displays a strong message of defiance and female independence.
The Creative Energy print by Maria Rikteryte has a mysterious and ethereal quality to it and we like to think it represents that rather magical and uniquely special female kind of energy. Whether it’s the moon and stars or the earth and its crystals there’s something to be said for the spirituality and mysticism of womanhood found on Mother Earth. We are proud to showcase so many creative females and it’s wonderful to see such beautiful creative energies all growing together behind one Red Door!
Ginger Spice, Posh Spice, Scary Spice, Baby Spice and Sporty Spice were the original Girl Power of the 1990’s and The Spice Girls are still globally recognised and fondly remembered today. Even in bird form!
The Spice Gulls is an A3 or A4 print by Mister Peebles and it uses the iconic outfits associated with this powerful band that took the world by storm with their loud, proud all girl power! This legendary pop group are back for more with their World Tour beginning in May. Maybe the Spice Gulls could be the opening act?
And finally the Fab Lady Card by Abigail Burch – a fierce female who is so honestly glamorous it hearts! We love the fine, hairy details that are just as delicious as the sprinkles.
